HOUSEBOAT INFORMATION
Houseboats are available from April 29 through October 10 and come equipped with marine radio, gas grill, basic sets of cookware, dishes and cutlery; cooler(s), deck furniture, tie up ropes, and US Coast Guard approved equipment and safety gear.

2009 Houseboat Rental Rates:
Rental houseboats are available from May through mid October, and come equipped
with all U.S. Coast Guard approved equipment and safety gear, marine radio, gas grill,
cutlery, dishes, cookware, coolers, tie-up ropes, and deck furniture.

Houseboat Rental Policies
A RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $500.00 is due within 10 days of booking. Upon receipt of payment of the Reservation Deposit, a Houseboat Rental Agreement will be mailed to you confirming your reservation. Full RENTAL PAYMENT and the Houseboat Rental Agreement are due not less than 45 days prior to the first day of rental. (Reservation Deposit does not apply toward Rental Fee.)
PERSONAL CHECKS - will be accepted 45 days or more prior to scheduled check-in. Jamestown Resort welcome Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (at most locations).
Payment:
Full payment and the Houseboat Agreement must be completed, signed, and returned to Jamestown Resort at least 45 days or more prior to check-in. Jamestown Resort welcome Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Personal checks will be accepted 45 days or more prior to scheduled check-in.
Security Deposit:
SECURITY DEPOSIT - after full payment of your Houseboat Rental, your Reservation Deposit becomes the Security Deposit for the houseboat rental. The Security Deposit will be refunded during check-out providing there are no claims for damage, missing equipment/accessories, unreasonable housekeeping or late check-out.
Cancellations:
If your reservation is canceled 45 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in, you will be refunded all monies collected. Inside 45 days no refunds are issued.
Other Policies:
• Renter must be responsible adult (21 or over).
• SORRY, due to health regulations, no pets permitted aboard boats.
• Renter must check in and be ready to leave the harbor by 5:00 p.m. or boat must remain in harbor until next morning.
• Rentals do not include gasoline or oil.
• Renter must have picture ID at time of check-in
• Return late charge $100.00 per hour
• Waiting list - due to extremely high demands at times throughout the season, a waiting list will be maintained.
• All published rates are subject to change without notice.
